Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Swimwear items must have all original tags and hygiene liners intact.
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from Garden Of EDUN. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return and exchange policies.
Return Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe.
- Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions, including the return address.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

- Intimate or sanitary goods, including swimwear bottoms, if the hygiene liner has been removed.
